Shipping & Delivery

We are happy to tell you that all of your packages are electronically monitored and are shipped immediately upon receipt from one of our 100+ warehouse distributor locations throughout the continental United States. Your packages estimated time of arrival is usually 2 to 5 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Due to our shipping requirements we do not ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses unless approved first by contacting us. If you require expedited or out of state shipping you must contact customer service at 877.391.8160 or Email us. All orders are tracked by email and once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and requires signature confirmation. If you do not receive a tracking number the product may not be in stock. If you do not receive your package within 8 to 10 business days please let us know. Thank you

Free Shipping over $99 (exclusions apply) 

Tufftruckparts.com offers fast free shipping on orders over $99.00 exclusions apply. Free shipping is for economy shipping only and selected items. No oversized or overweight items qualify for free shipping or items that require LTL truck freight. Special ordered items do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping cannot be used on any sales or promo items due to already discounted pricing. Item level surcharges will still apply due to strict map policies. If you order parts that must be shipped from several warehouses additional shipping charges will apply. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. 

                               

Drop Shipments

Some products may be ‘special ordered’ or ‘factory backordered’ items, this means it will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Due to the nature of special orders, please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us if you have not received your products.

Truck Freight

Items over the normal weight and size limit for UPS and FedEx must be shipped via common carrier or truck freight. Items that are shipped truck freight will be charged an additional truck freight fee.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Items that are shipped truck freight will take longer than air fright to reach the shipping destination most of the time. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery in the US on truck freight items you MUST note any damage to the delivered goods with the freight company before signing for your delivery. If the Product or products are shipped to one of our install locations. Tufftruckparts is not responsible for any damaged products that are received from the shipper. Boxes are only visual checked for any damage if damaged tufftruckparts will refuse order.

Warranty

Majority of the brands on our site products are warranted against manufacturer defects for up to 90 days unless otherwise specified. Warranty is void if an item is altered, installed improperly or painted. All Warranty Brands Information can be found on a link at the bottom of each brands page on our site.

Products Lost in Shipping:

Tufftruckparts.com cannot be held responsible for products lost in or by a shipping company. If your product is lost in shipping, you will need to file a loss claim and contact the shipping company. We can only re-ship your product after confirmation of payment and product case has been settled with shipper.

Damaged Products:

If products are damaged in shipping you will first need contact us and file a damage claim report with the freight company. Shipping companies typically require that Damage claims must be reported within FORTY-EIGHT HOURS of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and take photographs in order to support your shipping damage claims. Tufftruckparts.com will gladly re-ship your products to you only after receiving payment in full and your claim is resolved.
